Terms & Conditions
1) Any cancellations of driving lesson booked must be advised 24 hours prior to driving lesson to avoid forfeiting booking fee However we understand life happens and will assess case by case.
2) All weekend lessons to be paid in advance before the weekend. All weekend lessons cancellation to be advised latest by Thursday close of business 7pm, this gives us opportunity to fill the spot as weekend spots are limited.
3)We do not accept any responsibility whatsoever if your driving test is cancelled due to errors in your log book. It is your responsibility to make sure your log book is filled in correctly. Please refer to instructions on how to fill in your log book.
4) If your driving test is cancelled due to wrong booking made for Test, place or time then your Driving Test Pack fee is non refundable.
5)If during driving Lesson/Test you have committed a traffic offence or caused an accident, all traffic infringement notice will be payable by learner/parent. And learner/ parent of learner to pay access $ 950 to insurance company to cover the cost of repair to instructor’s vehicle.
Terms & Conditions – Driving Test Package
We are not liable if your driving test is cancelled due to incorrect logbook entries unless the mistake was made by our instructor. It is your responsibility to ensure your logbook is completed accurately. Please refer to the official instructions in your logbook for proper completion guidelines.
If your driving test is cancelled because of errors in your logbook or because you have made an incorrect booking (such as the wrong location, date, or time), the fee for your Driving Test Package is non-refundable.
If you commit a traffic offence or are involved in an accident during a lesson or test, any fines or traffic penalties are the responsibility of the learner or their parent/guardian. Additionally, the learner or their parent/guardian is responsible for paying the $950 insurance excess to cover repairs to the instructor’s vehicle.
If the cost of repairs is less than $50, no charge will be passed on to the learner. However, for repair costs exceeding $50, the learner or their parent/guardian must cover the full amount.
